If you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us with 24-hour notice. A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid being charged 50% for the service.
No shows will be charged 100% of service amount
Appointments made within a 24-hour period (day of) that needs to cancel must do so within 2 hours of scheduled appointment or will be charged 50% of service price
please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. Please feel free to call and check any appointments if you are unsure.
Clients will generally be allowed a 5-10-minute grace period depending on the service. After that time, we will call to confirm arrival. If not, you may have to forgo parts (examples: style/blowout at the end of a hair appointment) of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. Please, always call if running late.
Clients have 30 days to return any unopened product and must have a receipt. All refunds will be in the form of store credit.
Color is guaranteed for 30 days only if the client purchases and uses the recommended shampoo and conditioner from the salon to maintain the longevity of the color.
All special offers/discounts must be mentioned at time of appointment booking.
All services need to be reserved with a major credit card.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service in order to complete the health questionnaire, change clothes and relax.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
